Treasure Valley coverage

Our home territory, dispatched from Meridian.

The Treasure Valley is where Master Environmental is based. Our Meridian office doubles as headquarters and the dispatch point for local work, which means the person who answers your call is minutes from the crews and trucks that will perform the job.

Valley sites generate many types of commercial and industrial environmental work: used oil and antifreeze from fleet and service operations, process water and separator clean-outs at industrial facilities, underground and above ground tank projects at fuel and retail sites, lab packing for facilities clearing chemical inventory, and spill response at any hour. We handle the profiling, manifests, and EPA and Idaho DEQ documentation that go with the work.

We work with commercial and industrial clients only and do not accept household hazardous waste.

Scheduling a local site job

One call to Meridian starts the job.

For Valley sites, the process is short because dispatch and crews are in the same place. Here is how most jobs run.

  1. Describe the site and the work

Call dispatch or submit the form with your Valley location, the waste streams or field work involved, and any schedule constraints. Commercial and industrial sites only.

  2. Dispatch scopes the job from Meridian

Our Meridian office is the dispatch point for Treasure Valley work. A dispatcher reviews the site, confirms what the crew and equipment will need, and coordinates the disposal path for any waste.

  3. A local crew is scheduled

Because crews and trucks are close to most Valley sites, scheduled pickups, tank and field work, and project jobs are scheduled directly, and emergency spill calls are mobilized from the Valley.

About our coverage boundaries

We serve commercial and industrial sites throughout the Treasure Valley from our Meridian office, which is our dispatch point for the region. Serving a community does not mean we have a staffed office there; our Idaho offices are in Meridian and Pocatello. If your site is just outside the named communities, call and dispatch will review the location.

Answers for commercial and industrial facilities planning scheduled work or calling about a spill in the Valley.

Which Treasure Valley communities do you serve?

Our named Treasure Valley service communities are Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and Garden City. Being a named community means the site is within our coverage; it does not mean we have a staffed office there. If your facility is near one of these communities, call dispatch to review the location.

Where is dispatch located for Treasure Valley work?

Meridian is our headquarters and the dispatch point for Treasure Valley jobs. The dispatcher who scopes your site coordinates the crew, equipment, and disposal path from Meridian; the other communities we serve are not claimed as office locations.

How do I start scheduled service or report an active spill?

Scheduled service, contract programs, and project work start through the office line or the service request form. For an active spill, call the emergency line; the dispatcher who answers confirms the next steps for your site. We do not quote a response time before scoping the call.
