How regional work runs

Contract and scheduled programs, coordinated through Idaho dispatch.

Outside Idaho we do not operate staffed offices. Regional work is delivered as contract or scheduled programs: the scope, cadence, and logistics are agreed in advance, and crews mobilize from our Idaho operations.

What a program looks like

A regional program is a defined set of services at defined sites on an agreed schedule. It might be recurring waste transportation under contract, a multi-visit industrial services project, or scheduled field work that fits your work calendar. Dispatch in Meridian and Pocatello coordinates crews, transport, and disposal documentation for every mobilization.

What regional coverage is not

These programs are not blanket or immediate emergency coverage, and they are not household hazardous waste collection. Our programs serve commercial and industrial clients only. Emergency spill response outside Idaho is available under contract or scheduled program terms, and its availability and timing for a specific site should always be confirmed with dispatch. We do not promise specific response times.

Where we work

Our regional program areas.

These are the regions where we currently perform contract and scheduled work beyond Idaho. Coverage of a specific site should be confirmed with dispatch.

  • Southern Montana

    Contract & scheduled programs

Commercial and industrial work across Southern Montana is performed under contract or scheduled programs coordinated through Idaho dispatch. Crews and equipment travel from Idaho for planned projects and recurring service.

  • Western Wyoming

    Contract & scheduled programs

Sites in Western Wyoming are served on a contract or scheduled basis. Scope, cadence, and logistics are set up in advance with dispatch so crews arrive prepared for the work.

  • Eastern Washington

    Spokane & Pasco contracts

Our Eastern Washington work is anchored by established contracts in Spokane and Pasco. Additional commercial and industrial projects in the region are considered on a scheduled or contract basis through the same dispatch structure.

  • Eastern Oregon

    Contract & scheduled programs

Eastern Oregon sites are supported through contract or scheduled programs run from our Idaho operations. Each engagement is scoped for the location and the work before crews mobilize.

Scope and setup

Setting up a regional program.

Regional coverage starts with dispatch, not a local office. We plan each commercial or industrial program before crews travel from Idaho.

  1. Initial call with dispatch

We start with a conversation about your sites, the waste streams or services involved, and the cadence you need. Everything runs through Idaho dispatch, including regional programs.

  2. Scope and program design

We scope the work for each location, profile the waste, and define the schedule, service level, and documentation the program requires.

  3. Contract or scheduled agreement

The program is set up as a contract or a scheduled agreement, so both sides know the coverage, cadence, and reporting before the first mobilization.

  4. Mobilization and ongoing service

Crews mobilize from Idaho for the agreed work, deliver manifests and disposal records, and the program runs on the established schedule with dispatch as the single point of coordination.

Questions answered

Regional program questions.

Outside Idaho, commercial and industrial work is delivered through planned agreements coordinated by Idaho dispatch.

Which regions outside Idaho do you currently serve?

Our current regional program areas are Southern Montana, Western Wyoming, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. Coverage there is delivered through contract and scheduled agreements, not blanket coverage, so each program is defined in advance with dispatch.

Can you take on work anywhere in Eastern Washington?

Our Eastern Washington work is anchored by established contracts in Spokane and Pasco. Additional city-specific scope in Eastern Washington can be considered, but it has to be confirmed with dispatch before anything is planned around it.

Do you have offices in these regional areas?

No. There are no staffed offices outside Idaho. All regional programs, including emergency spill response availability for a regional site, are coordinated through Idaho dispatch, which confirms what can be arranged. We do not promise specific response times.
